Clan : Elder Council Of Shartak

The Elder Council Of Shartak is a tribal council composed of elders from all native villages. Their purpose is manyfold:

* to act as a non-partisan body to settle island-wide disputes

* to interpret messages froom the Ancestors

* to set tests of skill and courage for the inhabitants of Shartak

Membership of the tribal council is by invite only and is generally restricted to players and characters who have taken an interest in native life. Members may come from all areas of Shartak.
