Description:
Born in what would eventually become West Virginia after the Civil War, Toothless Pete initially had all of his teeth, but during the aforementioned Civil War, a Confederate soldier knocked out all of his teeth with the butt of his rifle at the battle of Antietam. After the war, Toothless Pete returned to his home and set up a moonshine still in the mountains.
Toothless Pete's moonshine became famous, even in Washington, and Toothless Pete would bring barrels through the mountains over to the Potomac, where the barrels were loaded on rafts and poled over to the capital. During one journey, there was a mighty storm that blew Toothless Pete's raft into the Atlantic and eventually to the islands of Shartak.
Now Toothless Pete is looking for some mountains similar to his old holdup in the Allegheny Mountains, where he can set up a distillery to make alcohol and hideout from the law. It looks like rum and beer are the drinks of choice on the islands, so those it shall be.
