Description:
A wandering traveller, once a member of the infamous Mercenary's Guild and later the Royal Tax Collector of the Commonwealth of Greater Raktam and Fort Creedy. You can't really guess his age - is he a youthful forty something or an aged twenty something - and those eyes... actually, pretty much his whole face spooks you.
Upon his chest hangs a medal, a gleaming gem, a present from Queen Hummingbird for Services to the Royal Court of Greater Raktam. Around his neck hangs a silver necklace, bearing a small pendant in the shape of the Raven.
