A bent over dishelleved old man. He dreamnt of being a pirate but never had the balls. He regrets it to this day. Has a mangy striped black and white dog called Polly, that he throws crackers to. He wears a blue Captains coat, tatttered and rank smelling. He has bright yellow pee running down his leg.
