Description:
A zombie pirate that drifted ashore in a dilapidated skiff seeking fresh water to try and quench his eternal thirst. Thing is, he's got no organs to retain it so the water just washes down what used to be his throat to slosh around in his boots. He is the living embodiment of the age old quote: "Water, water, everywhere but not a drop to drink." He wants only to be left in peace to roll around in water for eternity.
Post Script: I've finished my Shartak wide exploration quest, and I'm still not out to kill any player, be they outsider or native. I'm out to kill as many rodents as I can, both those that fly as well as crawl, and my deepest thanks to those who choose not to kill me.
