In West Philadelphia, born and raised
On the playground is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool
And all shootin' some B-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys who were up to good
Startin' makin' trouble in my neighborhood
My mom got scared after one particular attack
She said 'You movin' with your Auntie and Uncle in Shartak'
I whistled for a Shaman and when he came there
He smelled pretty fresh and had lice in his hair
If anything I can say this dude was whack
But I thought 'Nahh forget it, Yo homes to Shartak!'
I pulled up to Raktam about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the shaman 'Yo homes smell ya later!'
I looked at my village, and moved in to my shack
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Shartak
