A French-educated chinaman, lately an exploring officer and translator in the army of his majesty Napoleon III, emperor of France and her colonies. Bears a startling resemblance to his counterpart in the British Army.
Currently searching for war materiels critical to the expansion of the Emperor's colonial assets. ClickTick is to be commended with the medal of the Legion d'Honneur for his contribution of medical supplies.
The Emperor forbids the destruction of his roadways. Any miscreants found guilty of such unlawful actions will be executed.
QLP returned to Derby after a long absence. He had healed pirates, assassinated an unruly Native 'King' in Wiksik, and put out forest fires with his face. Alas, the homecoming was not as he expected, for the leaders of Derby were even more tyrannical than any Oriental despot, more blood-thirsty than any European republic, and more humorless than a calculating machine dressed to look human. It was only after The Hanged Misfit had ground him under its horrific thumb when QLP realized that, to serve the Emperor and escape the Gulag-Grieferfest, he would have to swear off violence against His Majesty's Colonial Usurpers. Thus a new chapter in the life of Napoleon III's Premiere Explorer Extraordinaire had begun.
