Einarr's name is Norse for 'lone warrior'. He was once a powerful spirit of a viking who was condemned to walk the spirit world for eternity. Einarr came from the deepest darkest parts of the spirit world where most shamans won't travel. He often was forced to fight the most powerful creatures that dwell within the spirit realm, such as the mighty spirit dragon, the Lord of Bones, the Pale Rider, and many other powerful spirits.

The Necromancer's Guild felt the strength of his spirit and gathered a council of shamans to resurrect him to his former glory. After many hours of performing the required ritual, Einarr was human again. Etherdrifter and the Necromancer's Guild are now training Einarr in the art of necromancy.

As Einarr's skills have developed, he has come to realize he can see people's spiritual aura and can tell who is truly evil and who is truly good. Many Cannibals' aura is that of monsters and demons. Many Outsiders and Natives alike have good spiritual auras while some can have evil auras. He has learned many of the skills of necromancy in his first few days back to life.
