This well-educated, aristocratic settler had a terrible mishap while en route to Shartak. He was knocked overboard during a small storm his ship encountered near the island, and was found wandering in the jungles by a couple of natives.
He wears a white mask on his face, and is often found staring off into the distance, thinking.

He is a man of peace, understanding, and wishes for nothing more than to educate all people, regardless of origin, creed, or color.
But nobody has given him peace, nor understanding, and none have allowed him to educate the people. So now he takes up the sword, and will give this island no peace until understanding and education have become law.
